16 ounces button mushrooms halved
1 clove garlic minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease the air fryer basket.
Prepare the Mushrooms: In a mixing bowl, combine the mushrooms, minced garlic, olive oil, melted butter, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss everything together until the mushrooms are evenly coated.
Cook the Mushrooms: Transfer the seasoned mushrooms to the air fryer basket. Cook for 7-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Finish and Serve: Once done, remove the mushrooms from the air fryer and sprinkle them with freshly chopped parsley for a burst of color and flavor. Serve immediately as a delicious, quick side dish!
To Store: Place any leftover air-fried mushrooms in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to three days.
To Freeze: Once the cooked mushrooms have cooled, transfer them to a shallow container and freeze for up to one month.
To Reheat: You can either microwave them for 20-30 seconds or warm them up in the air fryer until heated through.
